  Jamb tells candidates to reprint mock examination slips By  NAN 24 May 2021   |   6:01 pm Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) The Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board (JAMB) has asked candidates sitting for its mock Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) to reprint their examination slips. The board gave the directive in its Weekly Bulletin of the office of the Registrar, made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Monday in Abuja. JAMB stated that candidates, who had indicated interests to sit for the mock- UTME and had earlier printed the examination slips, were advised to reprint, following the shift in examination date. “Candidates, who had registered for the 2021 UTME and indicated interest to sit for the optional mock examination, are to reprint their mock notification slips. ” This is consequent on the change of date for the mock- UTME earlier scheduled for Thursday, May 20 and now to hold on Thursday, June 3. ” It is im...

  2021 JAMB registration: Candidates lament about difficulties being encountered   by   William Ukpe   May 20, 2021 Reading Time: 4 mins read The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB)  announced  the postponement of the 2021 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) from June 19 to July 3, citing that the registration process has also been extended, with the exercise now to end on May 29. “Candidates for Direct Entry are reminded to, while procuring their ePIN, specify their category of admission. However, where a DE candidate mistakenly purchases an ePIN for UTME, the selling point is hereby directed to rectify the error by swapping the ePIN to DE at no further cost to the candidate. Digital Service Providers are encouraged to expand their facilities, including the provision of redundancy links. NECO reschedules 2021 National Common Entrance Examination

  By   Kanayo Umeh, Abuja 19 May 2021   |   8:32 am NECO The National Examinations Council (NECO) has rescheduled the 2021 National Common Entrance Examination (NCEE) into Federal Unity Colleges to Saturday 5th June 2021 as approved by the Federal Ministry of Education. The Examination which was initially scheduled for Saturday 29th May, 2021, was rescheduled to give states with low registration of candidates the opportunity to register their candidates for the examination. In a statement by Head Information and Public Relations Division, Azeez Sani all candidates, parents, guardians and relevant stakeholders are therefore enjoined to take note of the new date for the examination. The registration of candidates will continue till the new date of the examination. “Candidates, parents and guardians are advised to download the new Examination Time Table from the Council’s website:  www.neco.gov.ng.
